Last updated: April 25, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Sidereal, a mobile app for creating and tracking personal routines. By using Sidereal, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sidereal. If you use Sidereal on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms.
Accounts
You may use parts of Sidereal with an anonymous session or by creating an account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when needed.
Routine and Wellness Information
Sidereal provides routine planning, habit tracking, and wellness-oriented productivity features. Sidereal does not provide medical, mental health, nutritional, fitness, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Routines and suggestions are informational and should not replace advice from qualified professionals. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Sidereal may offer paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscription prices, durations, trials, renewal terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise stated by Apple App Store or Google Play.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Your app-store account is charged according to the terms shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the app store that processed the purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sidereal for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and the applicable app store rules.
Apple App Store Terms
If you download Sidereal from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Sidereal or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Sidereal. To the extent any terms here conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store rules, the Apple terms control for your use of Sidereal on Apple platforms.
