Delete Account

You can request deletion of your Sidereal account and associated personal data by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL].
What to Include
Please include:
- the email address associated with your Sidereal account;
- whether you signed in with Apple, Google, or email; and
- a short statement that you want your Sidereal account deleted.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, including:
- account profile information;
- onboarding answers;
- routine activities and notes;
- routine progress history; and
- session-linked app data associated with your account where reasonably identifiable.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, app-store purchase verification, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes. Subscription cancellation and refund handling must be done through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will let you know unless prohibited by law or prevented by missing verification information.
